We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The breakfast provided a great selection of delicious options. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel's location near the airport was convenient for our travels.

a wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like inagiku that was only 10 minutes' walk away. we can recommend the hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were very disappointed. We were taken by taxi by mistake to the New Century hotel Ningbo and wish we had stayed there. Checking in was extremely difficult with a language barrier and it took us ages to explain that we needed 1 room with a king bed. The breakfast was average and the dining area a disgrace with filthy carpets and tatty curtaining. The whole area is in bad need of a renovation. We decided one evening to sit in the lobby bar area and have a club sandwich. This was cold and horrible, in fact we could not finish it. Considering this is a 5 star hotel we were not happy.

The hotel room was modern and tastefully designed, with a touch of oriental flair. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the room were impressive, providing a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, with excellent service standards. The availability of free wifi in the room was convenient, ensuring I stayed connected during my business trip. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions.

The hotel had some drawbacks. The maintenance of the hotel was not up to par, with issues such as poor flushing in the bathroom and unsecured deposit boxes.

Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast had an excellent of choice of food from all over the world, rooms comfortable, clean with nice touches - fruit, stationery, taxi book, etc. Good value for money.

Not used to paying to use a hotel swimming pool or buy a bathing cap - could be just a different way of doing things though. Swimming pool looked lovely though.

Stayed here for Christmas and it was a great experience. Loved the spacious and clean rooms and the warm and welcoming staff. the breakfast selection was fantastic with a good mix of Western and Chinese options. the location was ideal, close to a mall and easily accessible by taxi. the gym was also impressive, with a variety of equipment to choose from.

The lack of nearby restaurants outside of the hotel. It would have been nice to have more dining options within walking distance.

Caotic check in due to pushy Chinese customers

During my recent stay here, I was pleased to find that the hotel fulfilled all of my luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre provided exclusive amenities, such as a sauna, indoor swimming pool, and full body massage services. the spa lounge and steam room were serene and relaxing, and overall service was impeccable. the restaurant offered delicious food, and there were also BBQ facilities and a bar/lounge area on site.

While the service was friendly, some employees had difficulty understanding English and this made communication slightly challenging at times.
